To become a customer, you have to meet certain financial conditions, consisting of choosing a payment option and providing a guarantee.
This combination grants you access to all purchasing channels at Royal FloraHolland. The financial conditions ensure that Royal FloraHolland is capable of offering payment security to its suppliers. There are also a number of administrative conditions.
Royal FloraHolland uses the following payment options:
- Payment on behalf via SWIFT
- SEPA Business 2 Business collection
Depending on your bank, one of those payment options will be available for you. Would you like to know which applies in your case? Complete the Welcome form to receive a recommendation.
Royal FloraHolland requires a guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit. We would be happy to calculate for you how much that would have to be. You can request this option on the Welcome form under 'Remarks'.
Having difficulty activating the payment option or guarantee?
The Finance Department of Royal FloraHolland would be happy to help you activate your payment option or request a guarantee. If necessary, Royal FloraHolland will assist you to make the application process go as efficiently as possible. The lead time is largely dependent on how fast you respond and how fast your bank responds.

Accelerated purchasing at the auction clocks
Would you like to buy sooner? Then use the 'Prepayment' option. You transfer a sum to Royal FloraHolland for use in making purchases from our clock(s). Within 4 working days after your initial application, you can start purchasing.
