Royal FloraHolland is the world's largest marketplace in the horticulture sector at the moment and we want to remain so. Together we continuously work on the development of our organisation. We do this according to 'Our Way of Working': reliable, result-oriented, collaborative and innovative.

By naming the basic values and including them in the Code of Conduct, we make it clear what we stand for, what we can expect from each other and what others can expect from us.
